Pathfinder the TTRPG is a D&D derivative with a little bit more complexity. I don't like the system itself but as a CRPG it is ok.
Pathfinder WotR is a game in the tradition of Baldur's Gate (I played 1 and 2): Epic story of good vs evil. You can be good or evil or lawful or chaotic. Plenty of potential party members. Lots of tactical battles. As a side-game WotR also includes a "crusade mode" which is strategy like "Heroes of Might & Magic".
I'm not there for the tactical depth, so I just play on lower difficulty where I don't need to manage things that carefully and usually succeed in every fight. I like exploring the world, the story, and have some meaningful interaction with it.
This sounds like my kind of thing.
