Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.

Rules:

No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

If it’s in a lorry, is it parked? That is, if the lorry isn’t parked. This is confusing.

If you park your car on a ferry, is it parked? Even if the ferry is moving? I'd say, yes.
