Remember, every time you talk about gun control, they hit the panic button over "teh registries" being used to infringe upon people's rights. But a registry to track girls periods and a registry to track autistic people? Nothing to see there, move along.

But have you considered the constitution doesn't give you the right to be autistic or have a period.

I would argue it's in the preamble.

We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
