You're waiting for harvests to come in, I'm still waiting to be able to put my sprouts outside.
Oh cheese, I feel ya. I was like that late fall and throughout winter due to my grow tent not just getting how enough to transplant/Jumpstart a few varieties.
By the time I bought a small grow tent heater, the weather began to get warmer. What do you plan on sprouting?
Tomatoes! I hardly use them quick enough when I buy them, so when they're still on the vine I can leave them a little longer before picking. It also pushes me to use them more. I'd grow more but I'm in an apartment in the city, so everything is in pots.
Ah, try canning your excess? I plan on making some pasta sauce for any extra left over. Have you looked into growing vertically?
