Unfortunately they're probably going to react by further raising prices on their more popular items, increasing discount promotions only for people who download their app, and then doing the surprise Pikachu face again a year from today.

They want $3 for a standard cheeseburger. It’s not even worth my time to see if there’s any coupons or deals anymore.

We used to get McDonald’s 2-3 times a month. I haven’t bought from them since December, and I’m struggling to find a reason to ever go back regularly.

My local grocery store had ground beef at 2.50 a pound. I priced it out per burger, with the fixings it costs under $3 for two 1/3 pound burgers. The other week we did steaks (top sirloin $10/pound) and potatoes which were still cheaper than a combo. I haven’t been to McD’s in years. I guess I’m too cheap.
