Not sure what style, will err with dieselpunk because of the headgear and lack of clock faces, which would be steampunk

A university town full of young people .... Grenada is an amazing place with some great graffiti throughout the city. They don't just mark up the city, they tag buildings with art.

I live in a barrio in Madrid and the lions share of the graf is just kids doing tags, it's refreshing to see actual art.
