McConnell managed that because Republicans vote in lock step on basically everything. That's not the DNC's fault.

yes it is, They could absolutely do that, especially when it comes to defending democracy. That they choose to not obstruct everything always during this nonsense is entirely their fault. Who's fault could it possibly be?
