I've started seeing more shit like this, even TVs in exam rooms with ads like this.

That's a no go for me. I stopped going to the gas stations with the ad screens on the pump for this reason. I want to hear the whoosh of gas going in my car, not some fake-cheerful spokesperson trying to sell me stuff. Some spaces are just sacred.

I seriously think it is only a matter of time before ads end up in textbooks issued to schoolchildren.

I can imagine it in the US at least.

Chapter 3: The Indian Removal Act

The Indian Removal Act of 1830 was signed into law on May 28, 1830, by United States President Andrew Jackson. The law, as described by Congress, provided for an exchange of lands with the Indians residing in any of the states or territories, and for their removal west of the river Mississippi.
