  • Talc: Pinaud Clubman Finest Powder

    2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.

This was a test shave for an edge created with the Ardennes All-in-One Kit; a Pyrenees/Belgian Blue combo stone, and a Belgian Yellow finishing stone. I used a new (to me) La Veinette coticule as my finishing stone, so this was my first experience with an edge from it. This was an excellent shave. Great soap base and scent, along with a very comfortable, yet keen, edge.
