Thank you. It's a thing that is a bit broken in my mind. I know objectively that I am loved but I just have to physically remind myself. Like 'why does this person sound excited to catch up?'... Oh yeah because they are my friend. I have no trouble feeling friendship towards others...? Just a broken connection somewhere.
I really appreciate that I can share this stuff here. It helps. A lot
This is a safe space! And your thoughts resonated with me a lot. It's hard to believe anyone "likes" me, but at the same time... I'm awesome? It's a weird thing.
