Ukraine suspending even local elections is because their nazi subjugation and destruction of their people would lose democratically. The unpopularity of the regime's evil is beyond their capacity to rig election results, and while testimonials from Ukrainians against western puppeted evil that Ukrainians never voted for can be edited to enhance Russian narrative, it is also the only free speech source from Ukrainians.
