Unfathomably based. Not to take anything away from Finland here, but there's a tracker where you can see what each country has contributed. Nordic and Baltic countries have been surprisingly generous during this conflict. https://www.ifw-kiel.de/topics/war-against-ukraine/ukraine-support-tracker/

It’s not really suprising. They are the ones that directly border russia.

(Norway and Sweden don’t but they are right next to Russia by sea and Russian Navy regularly sails into their waters and bullies them.)
