The new drone videos have the unit name at the top, and I'm wondering if the text at the bottom is the pilot's (drone operator) call sign

The one with GRIM is the drone model. I assume F-19 is made by the same manufacturer that produces F-7 & F-10 drones, commonly used by the 414th Strike UAV Brigade. Sometimes they will put a unit or donor's name there instead.
