(The dog was a puppy, and didn't leave any puncture wounds. Just some pneumo thorocia, a lot of internal bruising, and a possible broken or bruised rib. She is currently planted firmly next to my leg on the couch with a hospital tent waiting for her when I go to sleep.)

I'm confused and just asking. Is this an aliens reference when Ripley took over a loader to fuck up the queen alien in number two?

Yeah, Ripley being the ultimate survivor (until she wasn't, spoiler alert), but I know so many people that named their pet Ripley I felt Weaver was a better choice.
