he's a cop, it should be mandatory to flip him off
I know some very nice cops.
OK but if after the past decade I find it hard to believe someone may not understand plenty of reasons to flip off cops who are standing there.
Cops are not a separate species. They are as pig-ignorant, reactive and violent as everybody else. They just enjoy more opportunities to express it.
