To be fair, this kind of fraud probably did predate him, but chances are it also won’t save him

the replacement CEO will now have to fix all the issues he created before the departing CEO took over... he must be over enjoyed about this second stint

And by save him, I meant from the $10 fine they tend to hand out to corporations for this kind of multi-million dollar illegal activity.
