Because it's pointless, every aircraft flying has everything important that is susceptible to interference, shielded to prevent exactly that. On top of that, every phone you buy in the US through "official" channels is intensively tested by the FCC before it can go to market to ensure its radios are operating within spec and won't cause interference with other things, like airplane instruments.

Yea, but I can't use them because they only support HDMI 1.2 and everything i'd want to run through them needs at least 1.4 because 4K

Yea, you put capacitors in ~~series~~ parallel when you need to pool the capacitance capacity, put them in ~~parallel~~ series when you need to boost the voltage (at the sacrifice of capacity)

Well the DOI is a digital identifier for papers and other data references for sciency stuff. But that DOI just points to the actual paper https://www.arxiv.org/pdf/2502.00627
