Or they do a faceless figure to represent many people at the same time. What throws me is the modern clothing on statues. She's wearing a T-shirt, it just feels too casual for a statue.
It's apparently asking what we value in a society, so a generic black woman in casual clothes?
Call me Sherlock, but I haven't figured out this mystery.
