Big bags this week went well tbh I think it helped me get more comfortable being #2 just because I legit didn't see it coming

I'm big baws of my dept so am somewhat used to it but big bags of the whole unit is kinda mental especially as I have had fuck aw to do with the other half for 8 yrs or so

Legs proper fucked. Busted it 1.5 yrs ago and was told looks good you can goto physio if yer a hypochondriac. So I didn't. Fast forward to now. Physio is pissed at me for waiting so long tells me it was probably a category 3 tear and gives me excersizes.

I do them foe 2 days. 1.5 sets. And can't wall the rest of yte week
