My personal favorite that I discovered recently: aioli - sriracha
Of course, I use this in the context of a sandwich, with something in between the slices, e.g tomato, cheese, pickles. It works great as grilled cheese too!
Yeah i used to make a big batch of sriracha aioli every once in a while, its so good.
