It's hard to tell, but I think it's real, that black and white blur perfectly could be another cat on the background.
Edit: intended to write blur but it autocorrected to blue.
I also think it's real. If it is AI, it's better than any I've seen of a cat so far.
As an expert in cats, I can say yes, that black blur and the way it blends into the white looks exactly like the pattern you often see on the back of a black and white cat.
