Oh and, what's helped me tremendously is to learn to tailor a little bit. Men's trousers are often too tight in the hip for me and then still have a weird gap at my waist. So I just slightly change them. Also, depending on the type of clothing, re hemming stuff is some of the easiest tailoring you can do, so, if all you can find are midi skirts, you could shorten them. If you want to know what they'd look like as mini skirts, roll them up at the waist until they're as short as you like. We used to do that to our school uniform ones, haha.
