Source for the rumour is the right wing shit-talking Sun newspaper, who predictably have claimed that the BBC are pausing not because of the contract with Disney but because they wanted to rethink casting a queer black man in the role. No, Sun, no they did not. They'll be calling him controversial and widely criticised next.
