I am pretty sure that it is your browser that is the problem. Kbin does not have an app. it is simply going to put a link to the website on your home screen if you click that. Its considered a webapp and your browser is detecting that. It'll basically be a link to the same site except without a navigation bar and it won't save history iirc.
