As much as I look forward to being free from landlords, the prospect of digesting these kinds of unfathomably large numbers as a single person is also daunting. Ouch.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't into gardening, pesky expensive thing to be involved in if you want even a little handkerchief of usable land...

Yeah I just sat there and dreamt about what I would do with 100k ๐Ÿ˜‚ that kind of money I've never seen irl, my super doesn't even have that much ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’€

Oh let me be clear; we don't have 100k.

This is what we've paid over the past three years. Think of it like rent. You add it up, it's a lot, but you eat the elephant one bite at a time.

I know, I just like to dream about having 100k ๐Ÿ˜‚

It's gross when you add it up - did it with my rent once for one year ๐Ÿคฎ makes one cry how much goes to someone else's mortgage lol

At least with this, it's paying off YOUR home, which is much better than the concept of rent for tenants ๐Ÿ˜‚
