We have set up a moderated auto-follow index for Peertube at ptindex.btfree.org. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Been nuts here. I've added your server to the index. If you're using the index you have to set the index, restart peertube and 24 hours later it'll auto-follow all of the things listed.
