[EU] Stop Killing Games:

The consumer movement to stop game publishers from destroying older games with kill switches after official support ends.

The goal is to reach 1 million signatures so that the european parliament will respond to the petition that then leads to game ownership protections enacted for consumers.

I’m maybe paranoid but I’m in a very precarious situation financially and cant afford to be fined or something for filling this out wrong.

In Canada at least they just tell you signed the petition already.

People’s lives are busy sometimes to remember all the details.

In practice, even if the system allowed you to sign more than once, in most cases, they would just throw out repeated signatures on verification. The only exception is if some figured out how to sign enough times to be obviously malicious.

Another case I would see them go berserk is if they catch someone using other people's identities.
