"There is no other specialty in medicine that has zero error rate. None,” she said.

She's not a doctor...

She a professional expert witness

Her job is to sit there and say as confidentaly as she can that whatever the people paying her want to hear is the only explanation.

They're wrong all the fucking time, but if you express doubt, the lawyers stop hiring you.

So you're left with the best liars getting all the work.
