This is not a game, more like a tarot tool, but a really featureless one:

Only Marseilles tarot. No Rider-Waite, no Thoth, no custom deck.
It talks about the Celtic cross but as far as I've tried there's no way to do it in the "game". Unless you're expected to draw all 10 cards, individually. Let alone custom spreads.
