It's like the trump admin has never heard of the Streisand effect. Hopefully the developer doesn't get harassed or arrested and the service doesn't get taken down for a while.

People should be wary about not giving any info that might get tied back to them, just in case it's a honeypot https://infosec.exchange/@molytov/114780966893879907

I would much prefer to see a service like this being developed and hosted outside of US jurisdiction, for obvious reasons.

The problem with phone apps is that they already have access to personally identifiable information.

I would much prefer this was a mobile friendly website.

It's not on Android because they couldn't do it without collecting some info. Seems like mobile-first web site would have been the obvious choice.

I learned that somebody already did such thing: http://stopice.net/ and it existed before this app even.
