Idk man. When I read it it only makes sense left-right.
It's meant to be read upper left, bottom left, upper right, bottom right. So I guess that is technically still read left-right.
I guess that seam in the middle means it's originally two pages.
When I watch Mulan, I shut it off before the reveal and pretend that Mulan never gets outed. I am so thirsty for gay trans man romance :(
