The new tool, called Mobile Fortify, uses the CBP system which ordinarily takes photos of people when they enter or exit the U.S., according to internal ICE emails viewed by 404 Media. Now ICE is using it in the field.

Boy, it sure would be annoying if someone started to flood their tip line with fake reports. I'd hate to think of the wasted time they'd have to dedicate investigating each of these claims.

I guarantee anyone getting paid by ICE for information is already a boot-chugger who doesn't need the money to begin with. It's all a part of the gift.
