I believe this is a quote from Buddha, "Holding onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned".

Which is why you gotta use a cold coal. Cold and calculated intent

If you wait for some ash to build up on it first, you could have enough time to properly aim it at someone. That's how those fire-walkers do it.
