Ausbildungen besser bezahlen und vor allem auch verkürzen. Niemand muss drei Jahre lang Einzelhandel oder irgendwas mit Büro lernen, das ist schlicht Ausbeutung.

Stell dir vor, einige Betriebe legen Azubis sogar das verlängern nahe. Sorry, grad keine Stelle da aber in einem Jahr ganz bestimmt.
