What have folks been up to this past week?

I attended a house party that turned out to be hosted by an amateur speedcuber! We chatted about puzzles for a bit; he's approximately 5 seconds faster than me, so I was able to get a few useful F2L tips.

I had brought a cube with me and was just doing a few casual solves while chatting. He noticed it and came over.
