I've been recreating Saturday morning cartoons for my family for the past year or so. I have been looking for a way to host it, but it's not trivial to broadcast pirated content. I would love to do it like Schrab Home Video, a weekly simulcast with discord community all watching together. I'm not there yet.

It's a great show though. It deserves to be shared

Can you stream it on twitch?

You can turn off saving vods and it’s less likely to be copyright striked.

Hmm. What's the legal exposure on that, I wonder.

Lots of streamers stream copyright music, games, shows, etc and most of the copyright strikes happen when you save the VODS for people to watch later.

Twitch has the option to turn off the vods so you can only watch live.

You would also most likely have a new twitch account that isn’t monitized anyway, so not much risk.

That's worth a shot. I'll be posting links and stuff about Lemmy if I do get it going. Thanks!

I think there's bootleg copies of most of one Saturday morning including all the gags between shows.
