The service is open to most women, as well as many two-spirit, trans and nonbinary people aged 40 and older with no symptoms.

That's weird wording, why not just say it's open to people 40 and older with breasts and no symptoms?

It would be a really odd paint job for a trans–exclusionary clinic too.
