I recently got into smart notes and Obsidian. I think they can be a great way to organize your thinking and research. Any other users here?

It's not? I thought it was. Regardless, I still like that you can just save your files in MD in case anything ever happens to it. I like the concept of future proofing your work.

If you look at their page they have parts that are gpl3, but the whole project as a whole is not open source.
