That's obviously the point of those policies. Without numbers, they can invent any narrative they want. Without identifying people along the gender spectrum, there can't be any way to identify health trends for a particular population other than the heteronormative population, making minorities life harder.

White-Cis-Hetero-Amato-normativity is the most complete version of the word I can think of, but I'm sure there can be more.

We do need a generic version for the concept though, I think, and I haven't seen Normativity as a standalone being used. So, people seem to use Heteronormativity as a normative catch all, haha

I wonder what the history of the word is
