I'm looking for an album, probably R&B or hiphop, that has a specific interlude track. It's between actual songs, so the lyrics don't seem to be listed anywhere that I've searched.

The audio is a black woman talking to herself, and every so often a gospel choir will respond melodically to what she says. I don't quite remember what she was talking about but I think it was meant to be motivational or building herself up. There are some angelic or heavenly sounds like birds chirping. The only words I remember are:

Woman: "You feel me?" Choir: in unison "We feel you!"

It was probably from the late 90's or early 00's when CDs were still a thing.

I do not recall such a track, but it sounds like something Lauryn Hill could've come up with. If so, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is a late 90s album, iirc.
