Caught because he told someone and they snitched, bummer. Please be mindful that he is still only an alleged killer, and has not yet been put on trial for his charges. Innocent until proven guilty.
apparently his republican dad saw the circulating photos and asked his son to turn himself in. I doubt it had anything to do with the $100k reward
Holy shit that's fucked up. Man basically just killed his own child (or encouraged his child to kill himself) in exchange for $100k.
