I decided I wanted to report them. A search of the domain registrar (https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup) lead me to namecheap.

Check https://lookup.icann.org/en/lookup again (looked up domain, then looked up owner of domain's name servers). It looks like they are using GoDaddy now.
