Why are there bars added on to the sides of this vertical video to prevent mobile users from actually watching it vertically? Ugh.

It's so annoying. I love when people do it twice because of thoughtless reuploads. Black bars at the sides and the top and bottom, so the video's basically been shoved down into a picture-in-picture box in the center that's only like a quarter or less of the total area of the video.
