You sure it's not just good old-fashioned photoshop? I don't see any obvious signs of ai

Edit: hell, from the melted chocolate on the tip of the finger to the cracked looking side, I don't think it's even photoshop, it looks like someone surgically wrapped a thumb drive in the shell of a chocolate bar. I've done more pointless things
