Our Rules:

  1. Keep it civil. We're all people here. Be respectful to one another.

  2. No sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia or any other flavor of bigotry. I should not need to explain this one.

  3. Must be tumblr related. This one is kind of a given.

  4. Try not to repost anything posted within the past month. Beyond that, go for it. Not everyone is on every site all the time.

  5. No unnecessary negativity. Just because you don't like a thing doesn't mean that you need to spend the entire comment section complaining about said thing. Just downvote and move on.

But not always too necessarily specific. Reminds me of a comment I made recently about the sound that katydids in the southern part of the USA make on cool September nights that's something along the lines of chit-chit chit-cha cha-chit cha-ah-ah or something like that. One of them will make the call from its perch up in a tree, and then a few seconds later, another will reply in an adjacent tree. And then there's just a specific feeling you get when you're sitting outside at 9:39 p.m. underneath a waxing moon with mostly clear visibility of the sky and a blue meteorite falls across the west south-western sky for a fraction of the second before it turns yellow and then just completely disappears just before it reaches the white oak tree behind the Johnson's house where a family of wood ducks nested 3 springs back until a nest of honey bees moved into the hole they were using.

FUCK FUCKITY DANG I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN NOW THOSE DAMN BUGS ARE ALL I CAN HEAR AND I'M OUT OF GOOD HEARPLUGS I don't usually hear them out here so it's really nice but I really need to sleep I'm on one REM cycle over three days.
