America is the monolith.

This is someone who knows nothing about America. You either don't know what a monolith is or you're just grossly misinformed. You seem to think the entire population just agrees with everything the country does and you hold the people accountable for everything bad the county does.

but I ask what people outside the US are supposed to do while we wait for the bombs?

If you're so scared and are demanding so much there is plenty action you could take. You could volunteer, you could donate, you could do things if you are actually that worried. But you won't. You just want to complain online, which ironically is what a lot of America is doing.

Again, I’m sorry. I don’t want to be mean to people or stereotype either but I really don’t think Americans on either side understand how fucking scared we are,

How the fuck do you think we feel? Everyone is yelling at us to fight and where people fight they are disappeared. You're afraid the US military might come after you? They're already after us and all everyone is doing is telling us to fight the military they are scared might come for them while doing fuck all.

Either help or move on, whatever this is you're trying to do, isn't helping anything.
