What does absolute Dox authenticate accounts mean?

I am not downvoting you I just can't understand what you're saying.

Although to be fair I would probably not understand anyway because I do not know how the internet works like most people.

They want to find out: where you live, if your email is absolutely real, your MAC&IMEI addresses are real, etc. etc.. Doxing.
