If it was some time ago, she understood the negative moral implications of the work she did and how harmful it can be/was for her psyche, then sure, why not? We all make mistakes and I'm an understanding man (but I can see how it could prevent some men from seeing her in a positive light regardless of moral considerations, and I don't think it makes them "bad people" because of it. Superficial men, maybe, maybe). If she doesn't see it as a harmful, unethical mistake, then no, because we don't share the same fundamental values/ideology.
