Propaganda is so powerful, one man can sacrifice an entire generation of his people in a vain attempt at imperial conquest, and his country will cheer him on.

It's unfortunately not one man and honestly propaganda isn't the root cause of russian genocidal imperialism.

The occupation of Moldova and the genocide in Chenchya were done under Yeltsin, not putin.
