I could be wrong but that looks like the amphitheatre at Chester. The Grosvenor museum do these activities with kids where they are dressed up like in the photo and they March through the town to there. It’s kind of surreal to be walking through town, turn a corner, and get ambushed by an army of tiny, shouty romans.
